DEVAL has advised federal, state, and local housing clients since 2003 including HUD, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing, the El Paso Housing Authority, and the Atlanta Housing Authority. DEVAL has processed over 100,000 emergency rental assistance applications under ARPA, ERA, CARES Act, and CDBG funding on behalf of state and local housing clients.
