Where DEVAL Began

DEVAL LLC is a Hispanic-American, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) advisory firm serving federal and state government clients since 2003. Founded by Deborah Garcia-Gratacos in Reston, Virginia, DEVAL has grown over 23 years into a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary advisory firm with 90+ government contracts and a track record spanning HUD, VA, GSA, FDIC, Treasury, State, Interior, USDA, Ginnie Mae, and the Small Business Administration.

DEVAL has serviced over 900,000 loans representing a portfolio value exceeding $275 billion, managed real estate and financial portfolios, and processed over 100,000 emergency rental assistance applications on behalf of state government clients. DEVAL holds a GSA FABS 520 Schedule contract and is an approved servicer with Freddie Mac, VA, and USDA.
